Refund, Exchange, & Turn Around Time Policy

Here at D,B,B,LLC , we have very reasonable policies as far as refunds, exchanges, and returns.  Please be aware of each policy before placing an order. 

REFUND POLICY & TURN AROUND TIME - If you wish for a refund for an order after placing it before the order is shipped, refunds are only issued if the order is over due on the listed turn around time.

Delays do happen and we always communicate and answer any questions about orders in a timely manner but for the majority of the time everything will ship in the listed turn around time. Unfortunately we are not Amazon Prime and everything you purchase is made with love and care. We cant ship over night and unfortunately USPS is messed up right now. 

 

YOU MAY NOT REQUEST A REFUND IF ITEM IS SHIPPED

Once the package is in route we no longer have control over the package. 

Please be aware if you place a combined order with many different turn around times, order is subject to the longest turn around time.

 If a refund is desired after products are shipped, we must be contacted within 3 business days of the tracking number stating the order was delivered, items must be shipped back in the exact condition as they were received, and then the refund will be issued. 

EXCHANGE POLICY - If you wish to exchange an item before item is shipped, simply email SHOPDELTABBLUEBELLESLLC@GMAIL.COM and we will notate the exchange on the order before shipping.  If you wish to exchange an item after item is made and shipped, depending on stock at the time and item, exchanges can be made by mailing items back to us in the same condition as received within 3 business days of tracking number stating delivered and exchange will be re-mailed out.  Customer is responsible for any postage during the exchange process.
