Shipping policy

At Delta Blue Belle, our biggest goal is to serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues!

Items will be shipped within 5-7  business days of the item being received at our location.  This applies to all pre-orders, or orders in transit to us at the time of order.

Ready to ship items that are already at our location, or ready to ship from our warehouses, will ship within 5-7 business days (but often much faster). 

Items will be sent in the method the customer chooses at checkout, and Delta Blue Belle LLC is not responsible for the delivery of items once they have been dropped off at the carrier.  The timeframe on delivery may be affected by many sources, for example package load with the carrier, employee shortages, etc.

 

Refunds will not be issued for items shipped within the stated ship time that exceed the delivery quoted.

Refunds will not be issued do to weather delays, or whatever else usps or ups claims is a issue. 

Tracking will be added, and you will be notified of the tracking via the method you selected at check out. Please understand Delta Blue Belle LLC is not Amazon nor can we control the weather and other companies not doing there job 

By placing a order you have agreed to all terms.

 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, Contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please Contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get any mishaps sorted out for you! 

Please do not email us before the stated TAT on the product description. We work Monday-Friday in the line which orders come in. It doesnt matter how much you spend it is first come first serve. Your item will get to you in the TAT TIME. We are not amazon and we do not ship next business day unless its stated RTS and when RTS runs out then we are making them as orders come in. 

 Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-10 buisness days depending on the shipping carrier 

Turnaround time is provided in the Announcement Banner at across the top of the site, and updates periodically depending on volume of orders and demand.

RTS (ready to ship): can be anywhere from 1-5 business days (refer to listing titles and/or descriptions) 

Orders combined with "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will ship when the "made-to-order" are ready; place separate orders if you'd like your "ready-to-ship" items sooner.

MADE-TO-ORDER: (aka PREORDER) Standard turnaround time is typically 1.5 to 2 weeks for processing/production (unless otherwise stated). This does not include transit time once shipped.

 

It is highly recommended that you use ROUTE+ Insurance, which is automatically added to your cart. If you wish to waive this third-party coverage, you can remove ROUTE+ Insurance from your cart. By doing this, you assume any risks that may result from items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with ROUTE+, USPS, and/or UPS due to lost/stolen/damaged packages.

We make every effort to securely package your order for shipment. However, we are not responsible for your package once it has shipped, including (but not limited to) shipping delays, damaged items, or lost/stolen packages.

** Please carefully review the address you enter during checkout, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays **

Shipping labels print directly from this information you provide, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information.

If an incorrect address results in returned packages, the customer is responsible for any additional postage to resend the package to the correct address. Otherwise the cost of the product will be refunded (minus shipping cost). 

Shipping rates are based on weight/location.
